With the Database Manager GUI, you can create a brand new database in a matter of seconds - just fill in its name and that's all. You will notice a list of all your DBs and their corresponding sizes. You will be able to alter passwords, to create backup files and to even log in to the phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin database administration tools.
Simple Database Backups
It is very important to create periodic backups of your DBs to protect your web site content and to abstain from any accidental data loss. With the Database Manager GUI, creating a database backup file is extremely easy. Just press the Backup button next to the database you wish to back up and you will be immediately taken to the File Manager section from where you can download your freshly created backup file.
MySQL and PgSQL Databases
The number of PostgreSQL and/or MySQL databases that you can create differs depending on the shared web hosting plan that you have with us.
